BARBECUE SPARE RIBS 
3-4 lbs. spare ribs
2 onions, sliced
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water

Sprinkle spareribs with salt and pepper. Place in roaster and cover with onions. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Baste and turn ribs twice. Remove cover last 15 minutes to brown ribs.
