BARBECUED SPARE RIBS 
3 to 4 lbs. country style spare ribs

SAUCE:

2 c. ketchup
2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 to 3/4 c. packed brown sugar

Mix all ingredients for sauce in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add ribs and turn to coat. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 to 3 hours.
