BARBECUED SPARE RIBS 
3-4 lb. country style spare ribs, sprinkled with salt and pepper
2 sm. onions, sliced on top
1 tbsp. brown sugar over onions

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water

Combine in small mixing bowl. Bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Baste 3-4 times. Remove cover for browning last 15 minutes.
