BARBECUE SPARE RIB | |
2 to 3 lbs. spare ribs 2 tbsp. honey + 1 tbsp. water MARINADE: Brown 1 clove garlic with 2 tbsp. oil (medium). Put in the following: Combine all of these in one bowl: 2 tbsp. ground bean sauce 2 tbsp. oyster sauce 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce 8 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. cooking wine 1/2 tsp. sesame oil 1. After marinade is cooked, spread on two sides of spare ribs. Let stand in room temperature for at least 2 hours. 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 3. Put spareribs on a rack in a broiler pan. Brown one side for 20 minutes. Turn to another side. Roast for 15 more minutes. 4. Remove spare ribs from oven. Brush on some honey water. Put it back to oven for a few more minutes. 5. Cut up spare ribs and serve. |
