EASY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE | |
Graham cracker crust (see below) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa 1 cup confectioners' sugar 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 cups heavy or whipped cream, divided Prepare graham cracker crust, set aside. Beat cream cheese and cocoa in large bowl until fluffy and well blended. Gradually add confectioners' sugar; blend well. Stir in vanilla, whipped cream until stiff; fold into cheese mixture. Pour into cooled crust; chill until firm. GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar in small bowl. Press mixture firmly onto bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Cool. |

In large bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup heavy cream, and cocoa. Beat well until smooth and fluffy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth.
In medium bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold into chocolate cream cheese mixture.
