EASY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE | |
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/3 c. strong hot coffee 1 tbsp. rum or Kahlua 2 eggs 1/2 pt. whipping cream Place chips in a blender; add the hot coffee and rum. Blend until smooth. Add eggs and blend. In a chilled bowl whip the cream until stiff. Fold chocolate into cream. Pour into dessert glasses. Chill at least 1 hour. Garnish with additional whipped cream, drizzle 1 teaspoon Kahlua over cream; serve. |
