CHICKEN AND ROSEMARY 
2 whole chicken breasts
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/4 c. oil

Place 2 chicken breasts skin side up, (leaving skin on is optional) Crushed garlic cloves, rosemary, parsley, oil, and salt and pepper over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until brown. Baste with juice. Serves 2.
