ORANGE ROLLS 
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. yeast
1 egg
1/4 c. butter
6 1/2 - 7 c. flour

Stir yeast into water until dissolved. Add softened butter, egg, salt and sugar. Stir in flour. Knead to make a smooth, soft dough (not sticky, but not stiff). Let it rise until double. Punch down and cut into 2 portions. Spread filling on rolled out dough (9"x13" or larger).

FILLING;
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
Grated orange rind of 2 oranges

Roll dough lengthwise, cut into 1" slices. Place on baking sheet 1" apart. Let rise 1/2 hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Frost with a combination of: 1 tbsp. orange rind 2 tbsp. orange juice 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
