ORANGE LUNCHEON ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. plus 2 tsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
5 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Soak yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add warm scalded milk, 1/2 cup butter, sugar, salt, eggs, orange juice and grated orange rind. Mix well. Add flour; knead well. Let rise until double in size.

Roll out to 10 x 6 x 2 1/2 inches. Cut in 10 x 3/4 inch strips. Tie in knots and tuck ends. Let rise again. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes Glaze rolls while warm by combining 1 tablespoon butter, 2 teaspoons orange juice and powdered sugar. Yield: 20 rolls.
