QUICK LUNCHEON CAKE | |
2 1/4 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1 lb. can fruit cocktail, undrained 1/4 c. soft butter 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 c. chopped nuts Oven, 350 degrees; 13 x 9 inch cake pan, greased and floured on bottom. Combine all, except chips and nuts, in large mixing bowl; blend well at lowest speed. Pour into pan; sprinkle with chips and nuts and bake 35-40 minutes. |
