LUNCHEON MOUSSE 
2 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. chocolate syrup
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk

Mix butter and sugar until well blended.

Mix chocolate syrup into butter mixture. Add eggs, mixing well. Stir in the vanilla. Then mix in the dry ingredients alternating with the milk.

Chill dough 1 hour or until lunch!

If you want Bear Claw Cookies, only use 1/2 cup chocolate syrup and drop batter by heaping teaspoon onto greased sheet. Add peanuts or raisins for claws. Bake 12 minutes at 375 degrees.
