TUNA LUNCHEON SALAD 
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 (9 oz.) can tuna
Salad dressing
1 lg. can shoestring potatoes
Tomatoes

Mix first 4 ingredients and add enough dressing to moisten. Chill well. Just before serving, add the shoestring potatoes. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with tomatoes.
