LUNCHEON PASTA SALAD | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni 2 c. chopped cooked chicken or ham 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/4 c. commercial creamy blue cheese salad dressing Lettuce leaves Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water, drain. Combine macaroni and next 7 ingredients, tossing lightly; chill. Serve on lettuce leaves. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
