ELEGANT SWEDISH HAM BALLS 
2 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground lean pork
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten

TOPPING:

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard

Prepare topping by heating to boiling, then set aside.

Mix ingredients for ham balls in order given. Shape into 2 inch balls and arrange in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn.

Pour topping over ham balls and bake 45 minutes longer, basting frequently. Freezes well. Makes about 35.
