GLAZE HAM BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground ham
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
1 1/4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika

Mix ham, pork, milk and bread crumbs together. Let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour. Then form into 1 inch balls. Combine brown sugar, vinegar, water and mustard in frying pan; cook on medium high for about 10 minutes. Remove lid and continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes. Garnish with paprika and serve on toothpicks. If electric skillet is used set temperature for 320 degrees. Yield 40 to 50 meatballs.
