SWEET AND SOUR HAM BALLS 
1 egg
1 c. water
3/4 c. dry milk
1 lb. ground ham
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Mix egg, water, and milk well. Add the rest of ingredients. Mix and shape into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls and place in casserole.

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. vinegar

Bring to full rolling boil. Pour over ham balls. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
