SWEET AND SOUR HAM BALLS 
1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix together ham, pork, milk, eggs and cornflakes and shape into balls. Brown in microwave for 3 to 5 minutes and drain. Mix together brown sugar, pineapple juice, vinegar and dry mustard. Heat until well mixed and pour over meatballs in a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
