OVERNIGHT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
2-3 slices bread (cut in squares)
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
Salt
1 lb. bulk sausage
2 c. milk
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard

Place bread pieces in greased casserole. Brown sausage and drain. Spread over bread. Add 1 cup grated cheese. Make mixture of 6 eggs, 2 cups milk, salt and 1/2 tablespoon dry mustard. Pour over above and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Excellent for brunch or breakfast when you have guests.

I suggest using half-and-half instead of milk. It's also fun to put different types of sausage in there. Lately I've been using sage (Jimmy Dean variety), but in the past I've used Brazilian sausage to great effect as well.
