CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
4 c. cauliflower (sliced)
3 tbsp. green peppers (diced)
4 tbsp. green olives (sliced)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. salad dressing
2 tsp. dry Italian Dressing seasoning mix
Dash of granulated garlic
2 tsp. dill weed
2 tsp. tarragon vinegar

Slice cauliflower and olives 1/8 inch thick, dice green peppers 1/4 inch thick. Mix sour cream, salad dressing, Italian dressing, garlic, dill weed and vinegar in bowl. Add cauliflower, olives and peppers. Let stand 1 hour before serving.
