LOW CAL BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER
SALAD
 
1 fresh cauliflower
1 fresh bunch broccoli
3 lg. tomatoes or pt. cherry tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) bottle diet Italian salad dressing

Break up cauliflower and broccoli into small pieces. Wash and drain. Add chopped fresh tomatoes or cherry tomatoes halved. Pour diet Italian dressing over all and toss. Best if made ahead and refrigerated for a few hours ahead of time. Toss while in refrigerator. Makes a large salad.
