BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
12 oz. bacon, cooked crisp
1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
2 green onions or 1 sm. onion
1/2 c. sugar to taste
1 tbsp. vinegar (optional)
1/2 c. white raisins (black raisins will turn salad dark)
1 c. mayonnaise

Fry bacon until crisp. Break into small pieces. Cut vegetables into small flowerettes, chop onion. Toss all ingredients together with raisins and mayonnaise. Chill and serve.
