MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 sm. garlic, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1 sm. can chopped green chili
12 corn tortillas

Brown together first 3 ingredients, drain. Mix together last 4 ingredients and pour over meat mixture, heat until bubbles. Cover bottom of baking pan with 6 corn tortillas, with half meat mixture. Add another layer of corn tortillas. Pour remaining meat mixture over the top. Cover with grated cheese. Put in a 375 degree oven until cheese melts and bubbles. Remove and enjoy.
