MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
Frozen tortillas
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Mix together soups and green chilies. Layer tortillas and ground beef, then soup mixture; repeat and cover top with Velveeta cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
