MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can evaporated milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
Corn tortillas

Heat first 4 ingredients in saucepan, add Velveeta. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain. Add to first 5 ingredients. Line 9 x 13 inch baking pan with broken tortillas. Layer with 1/2 of meat mixture, tortillas and remainder of meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
