MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
3 lb. ground chuck or hamburger
2 chopped onions
Lawry's salt and pepper
2 cans Ranch style beans
2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, or Ortega tomatoes and green chilies
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Lg. pkg. soft corn tortillas
2 lb. sharp old English cheese

Brown meat and onions. Pour off excess grease. Add beans, tomatoes, soup. Layer in large casserole dish soft tortillas, then meat mixture, then cheese. Do another 3 layers ending with a lot of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 35 minutes.
