BROWN SAUSAGE GRAVY 
1/2 to 3/4 c. flour
1 med. onion
2 lbs. sausage
1 can evaporated milk
1 to 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet (browning sauce)

Brown sausage with diced onion. Remove grease, saving 1/4 to 1/2 cup. Thicken to a paste by adding flour. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.

Combine evaporated milk with 1 can of water and add to mixture. Add sausage and Kitchen Bouquet. Serve over hot biscuits.
