COCONUT DATE BALLS 
1 lb. dates
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. milk
1 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Cook dates, sugar, and butter over low heat until well mixed. Add egg and milk. Stir and return to heat. Cook until well mixed. Take from stove and add Rice Krispies and nuts. Grease hands and roll into balls. Then roll in coconut.
