COCONUT DATE BALLS 
1 pkg. dates, cut fine
1 stick butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Coconut
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Put cut up dates and butter in a skillet over low heat. When butter melts, add eggs and sugar and stir constantly while cooking for 15 minutes. It will pull away from pan. Mix in Rice Krispies, pecans and vanilla and cool. Roll into marble sized balls and roll in coconut.
