HOMEMADE PIZZA 
2 pkgs. dry yeast (2 tbsp.)
1 1/4 c. lukewarm water
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
Pinch of sugar

Dissolve yeast in water with pinch of sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Knead; cover with towel. Let rise until double. Divide dough into 3 equal parts; spread on pizza pans (for crispy crusts). Bake in 500 degree oven for 5 minutes. Makes 3 crusts.

PIZZA SAUCE:

1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Put sauce on crust, meats, vegetables, and cheeses. Bake at 500 degrees on lowest rack for 10 more minutes.
