TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
2 1/2 c. spaghetti, broken into 2" pieces
1/2 lg. onion, chopped
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. marjoram
Dash of pepper
1 can mushrooms, pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
2 c. cooked turkey
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook spaghetti. Saute onion in butter; add celery, salt, marjoram, pepper, mushroom liquid, soup and milk; stir until thick. Combine other ingredients; top with cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This recipe works well in the microwave and also can be frozen before its baked.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
