TURKEY TETRAZZINI | |
2 1/2 c. spaghetti, broken into 2" pieces 1/2 lg. onion, chopped 4 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/2 tsp. marjoram Dash of pepper 1 can mushrooms, pieces 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can evaporated milk 2 c. cooked turkey 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Cook spaghetti. Saute onion in butter; add celery, salt, marjoram, pepper, mushroom liquid, soup and milk; stir until thick. Combine other ingredients; top with cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This recipe works well in the microwave and also can be frozen before its baked. |
