KOSHER DILL PICKLES 
Wash and pack cucumbers in jars with 3 or 4 heads of dill to jar. Pour boiling water over them in jars; let stand in this hot water while your prepare your liquid ingredients.

3 c. water
1 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. canning salt

Let come to a boil; drain off water from jars. Pour liquid on them and seal. This makes 2 quarts.
