2 c. unsweetened orange juice
4 slices pineapple
2 1/2 packets unflavored gelatin
4 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c. evaporated skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. liquid sweetener

Put 1/4 cup orange juice and 4 tablespoons pineapple juice in a bowl. Stir in gelatin. In blender put cold skim milk, vanilla and sweetener, blend until thickened. Add other ingredients and pineapple; mix well. Pour into mold. Yield 6 servings.
