BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can evaporated milk
1 c. pasteurized processed cheese spread
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook broccoli, onion and celery in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole dish which has been coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
