BAKED CABBAGE 
1 med. head cabbage, chopped coarsely
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 med. onions, sliced
2 c. water
Seasoning salt
1/2 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 3-quart casserole dish, put half of the chopped cabbage. Next, spread half the sliced onions on top. Then put half of the crumbled bacon on top and then sprinkle with seasoning salt. Do the same thing with rest of cabbage, onion, bacon, and seasoning salt.

Cut up 1/2 stick butter and add to top of mixture. Add 2 cups water. Cover and bake 30 minutes or until cabbage is tender but still has a crunchy texture.
