CHINESE GOULASH | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. water 2 tbsp. soy sauce Salt, garlic, celery salt, dash Tabasco sauce 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. whole/sliced mushrooms 2 med. onions, chopped 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1 can Chinese noodles Brown beef. Add spices to beef to taste. Add onions and celery and cook until tender crisp. Add rest of ingredients except noodles and bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more. Add Chinese noodles on top and bake 15 minutes longer. |
