1 pkg. frozen potatoes O'Brien
6 oz. half and half
1 1/2 c. diced American cheese
4 tbsp. butter

Melt the cheese and butter together and add the half and half. Mix with the potatoes and pour into a greased casserole dish. This can be refrigerated for 24 hours prior to baking. Bake (covered) for 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
