TEX MEX DIP 
1 lg. can Frito bean dip
2 lg. avocados, mashed
8 oz. tub sour cream
1 env. taco seasoning mix
8 oz. grated cheese, cheddar or Jack
1 tsp. lemon juice
Garlic salt to taste
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1 lg. bell pepper
1 sm. can black olives, chopped

Layer Frito bean dip in bottom of casserole dish. Next top with avocados mashed and mixed with lemon juice and garlic salt. Mix sour cream with taco mix. Spread on top of avocados. Next add tomatoes, onions, peppers, olives; serve with chips and taco sauce.

May substitute avocado dip for fresh avocados. Shredded lettuce may also be added to topping.
