TEX - MEX CHALUPA DIP 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. taco mix
1 can jalapeno bean dip
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Sliced black olives
Chopped green onion tops
Grated sharp cheddar cheese

Spread 1 can of jalapeno bean dip on a serving platter. Top this with the combined taco mix, mayonnaise and sour cream. Next layer the lettuce, tomato, olives, green onions, ending with grated cheese on top. Serve with tostada chips. (Optional: Can top with guacamoli and sour cream.)
