CHICKEN BREASTS WITH SOUR CREAM 
4 whole chicken breasts, split and boned
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sherry
Slivered almonds

Arrange chicken into baking dish; cover with mushrooms. Combine soup, sour cream, and sherry. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with slivered almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Excellent.
