BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS WITH
MUSHROOMS AND SOUR CREAM
 
6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sherry
1/2 lb. sauteed mushrooms

Place chicken breasts in oven proof baking dish, do not overlap. Combine soup, sour cream, mushrooms and sherry. Spoon over chicken and sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until dish begins to brown.

This recipe is so simple, easy, and delicious. Since I only cook for 2 people I use 4 chicken breasts instead of 6 which leaves alot of the sauce (which is also good on mashed potatoes). Only thing I did differently was add some garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
