SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. canned milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1/4 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Beat first 10 ingredients well with mixer. Put in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

Combine ingredients for topping. Mix well with fork. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes and bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
