MEATLESS TAMALE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cornmeal
3 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 can ripe pitted olives, chopped
1 (No. 2) can cream style corn
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes, sieved
2 tsp. chili powder
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 med. onions, chopped fine

Combine first 5 ingredients in a double boiler and cook for 15 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients and mix with cornmeal mixture. Turn into a baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. 8 servings.
