BUTTERMILK JELLO (PINK FLUFF) 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. box strawberry Jello
2 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans

Boil crushed pineapple; add Jello. Mix well and let cool. Add buttermilk, Cool Whip and pecans. Mix all together, pour in mold and chill.
