Unclear recipe.
Nuts - what type?, how much? Pineapple, strained, as in pushed through a strainer, OR, drained? How many servings?

Hi Marie,

When a recipe doesn't specify what type of nuts to use, it means that the choice is up to you and that any kind will work yielding a good result. Use 1/2 to 1 cup, more of less depending upon your own preference.

To strain pineapple, put it in a strainer and allow the liquid to drain. The pineapple is not pressed through a sieve or food mill - the recipe is calling for pineapple chunks.

Hope this helps,
