1 c. Crisco
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 box or jar mince meat
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and stir until smooth. Stir together dry ingredients, gradually add to shortening mixture. Mix well and stir in mince meat and nuts. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
