1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mince meat
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream together sugar and shortening. Add eggs. Add mince meat and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients; add to first mixture. Drop with teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes in 400 degree oven.
