3 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
3 eggs
1 c. pecans, broken into sm. pieces
1 pkg. None Such Mince Meat

Sift flour, salt and soda together. Cream shortening with sugar gradually. Beat until fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time and beat well. Add mince meat and pecans. Add flour and mix well. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
