3 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. "None Such" mince meat

Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Add mince meat, broken into pieces.

Add flour, salt and soda; mix well.

Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.

Cook about 12 minutes at 400 degrees.

Makes about 60 cookies 3 inches in diameter.
