FUN AND FIT COOKIE CRISP 
4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. molasses
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c. water
3 c. Post Natural Bran flakes
Granulated sugar

Mix flour with salt, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves. Stir baking soda into molasses; set aside. Beat butter until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Mix in molasses mixture. Add flour mixture alternately with water, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Stir in cereal.

Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheets, about 2-inches apart. Using a flat-bottom glass, buttered and dipped in granulated sugar, press cookies to measure about 2-inches in diameter. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes (do not overbake). Store in tightly covered container. Makes 4 dozen cookies.

NOTE: Cookies may be wrapped and frozen.
