CAPIROTADA N BREAD PUDDING 
1 loaf bread (French)
2 bun green onions or shallots
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. anise
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. apples
1/4 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. of cheese

Toast your bread in oven torn in small pieces. Place in a casserole layered with the apples, shredded and raisens. Meantime, boil your water with chopped shallots, sugar, and anise when this has become syrupy add to bread casserole top with Cheddar cheese, and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
